On MONDAY, APRIL 6TH we had a real life AUTHOR VISIT!
Newbery Honor and New York Times best selling author Lauren Wolk visited Hampton Academy! Books were distributed to students on the morning of April 6th. Some students really enjoyed this opportunity to spend time with her in writing workshops. The entire school benefited from an afternoon assembly with Lauren Wolk. Thank you to Mrs. Saunders and others for helping to organize this cool experience.
